"Overall, the service has been really positive since the cleaners started on site this year. Both members of the team have been great to work with. They’re polite, approachable, and always willing to help, including picking up last-minute tasks when needed. Communication has been clear throughout, and it’s been easy to raise any queries or adjustments. We’ve also been able to work together to agree cleaning regimes that suit the site, which the team have collaborated on really well. The standard of cleaning across the site has improved, particularly in public-facing areas. The Visitor Experience team have shared that having the café floor cleaned regularly has been a real benefit and will be especially helpful during busy periods. The regular emptying of the external bins has also made a noticeable difference, preventing overflow and stopping seagulls from creating issues, which has taken an unpleasant job away from the wider team. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and the team, and the benefits of having a consistent, reliable cleaning presence on site have been clear."
