NIC Local, part of the NIC FM Services Group, is proud to celebrate the continuation of the Group’s partnership with the Yorkshire Cricket Pathways Programme for a third consecutive year, reinforcing a long-term commitment to supporting grassroots sport and developing future talent across the region.
The Yorkshire Cricket Pathways Programme plays a vital role in identifying, nurturing and developing the next generation of cricketing talent across both the boys’ and girls’ game. Through a structured pathway, young players are provided with opportunities to progress through regional age-group cricket while benefiting from support that extends beyond sporting performance, including personal development, education, wellbeing and life skills.
As part of this year’s ongoing partnership, representatives from the NIC FM Services Group recently joined pathway coaches, players and families to present the Yorkshire Under-16 Boys squad with their official playing kit ahead of the season. The occasion provided an opportunity to recognise the commitment, dedication and hard work shown by the players as they continue their cricketing journey.
